Hello Im Victor And I Have Problem, My Doctor Give

hello im victor and i have problem, my doctor give me a cream to put on my face because i have something but i put it on and now my face is red and dry and i cant stay in the sun ,i think is reation allergly or something is been 3 years now i try differents cream but dont work what should i do/? thanks
