Hello, In 2012 I Had A Really Bad Episode And

hello, in 2012 I had a really bad episode and was taken to the hospital. I was shaking, hallucinating, paranoia,hearing voices and fighting the paramedics and police. They accused me of doing meth and the drug test showed meth but god knows I have never done the stuff. When I got home I went over my hospital reports and I kept seeing elevated troponin levels. I've been searching ever since to find out what happened to me. I even had a hair sample to prove that I wasn't on meth. What happened to me?
