Hello, Ive Been Suffering Fatique, Nausea, Dizziness And Migraines For

hello, ive been suffering fatique, nausea, dizziness and migraines for weeks now. My have ellivated stress and have stopped taking birthcontrol because it wasnt helping me. This happens out of the blue. I am eatting and blood work hasnt shown anything.
