Hello Ive Having Problems Recently With My Anas As Its

hello ive having problems recently with my anas as its been itchy and recently i say a white thing that was moving about it was about 3mm it length so i done some research and come across something that seemed to match it was a pinworm is there any easy way to get rid of them without going to the doctors as i wouldnt want to speak to my parents about something personal like this please any help would be nice.from shakila bibi
