Hello. Just Trying This Before Appt. Started Feeling Extremely Fatigued

hello. just trying this before appt. started feeling extremely fatigued last friday and had discovered fever of < 101 as well. headache, muscle soreness, no runny nose or anything. had drinks (vodka on thursday night before and went to sleep. woke at 330a and couldn't go back. recoverying a bit however still feel groggy, light headache, muscle aches.
