hello, last thursday I was riding my bicycle. I accidentally rammed in to my husbands parked truck with my arm. This made my elbow ram in to my rib causing injury. The initial pain took my breath away but felt quite a bit better not long after. The pain was not bad at all the next day. By the third day and here on out, the pain is intolerable. Do you think it's bruised since it took a few days to hurt really bad? How would one know without an ex ray if the lung is punctured?
