Hello. Merry Cristmas! I Have A Big Toow Arthridis Problem

hello. merry cristmas! i have a big toow arthridis problem wich is painfull and give limited movement. recomendation is fuesing it or grinding away the the grown bones witch cousing the problem. At the next finger on the bottom about a penny size area is very touchy. im not able to stand on it so painfull. i walk with holding the foot angeling outward not putting pressure on it. i would like to find a dr to diagnose and found some solution for the problem. thanks
