Hello My 8 Month Old Has A Very Bad Cough

hello my 8 month old has a very bad cough runny nose and he's quit funny he will eat but the cough sometimes makes him vomit the whole 8oz bottle up. he was diagnosed when he was about 3 or 4 month with rsv and given an inhaler with albuterol but it doesn't do anything but make him cry . he keeps getting ear infections but he has no fever
