Hello, My Dad Got Paralyzed From The Left Side Of

hello, my dad got paralyzed from the left side of the body and after operation doctors say that there was a blood cloth in the brain which we removed now there is no life risk but doctor not give me any satisfied answer when my father left side will start work. Doctor said it will take 6- 8 months to get recover and their is chance of permanent damage also. What should I do to remove this paralyzed from my fathers body? Please suggest after operation my father give proper response and this operation held at 7 to 9 PM today (21 sep 2015)
