Hello My Dad Has Been Having Ear Drainage For 3

hello my dad has been having ear drainage for 3 months now and it's causing his ears to scab and he's in pain and when he lays down the fluid drains to where he gets stuck to his pillow then ripping the scabs off and then doing it all over again he's been to the doctor no one will diagnose him or give him a blood test he's been on ear drops and antibiotics and nothing is helping please help me figure this outand now its spreading down his neck and his face with red bumps and on his eyelids to wear sometimes he can't open his eyes
