Hello, My Daughter Of 1 Year Fell Down The Stairs,

hello, my daughter of 1 year fell down the stairs, according to her cousin she fell down only 3 steps. at first she cried and her nose was bleeding, but not a lot. her nose is now swelling but apart from that she is her normal self. im really worried that her nose is broken could something be wrong?
