Hello.. My Doctor Prescribed Me Femilion Tablet For 3 Months

my doctor prescribed me femilion tablet for 3 months to regularise my periods.. i am on my third month and have been taking them every day without missing any pill but still my periods are not regular...i got my period on 13th of this month and it went on for 7 days ie till 19yh october.. Now again on 28th october i started getting my periods just after i had unprotected intercourse with my partner.. Is this normal? Should i be worried?Is this because i had unprotected sex?
