Hello, My Ears Were Blocked Whilst I Also Have A

hello, my ears were blocked whilst i also have a bad cold. i tried to unblock my ears by pinching my nose and exhaling air. as i did this i felt a sudden sharp pain in my left ear and now have very bad ear ache as well as hearing loss in that ear, i am not deaf in that ear but it certainly has a change in hearing.
