Hello My Fathers Creatinine Is 4.5 And He Was Advised

hello my fathers creatinine is 4.5 and he was advised to take renolog initially it reduced his creatinine but again it rose to 3.3 then 4.6 now it is 4.5 he has stopped taking renolog.Also he is diabetic and has undergone angiopatgy 2 times.can you recommend something for him
