Hello My Fiancé Is Having The Following Symptoms...he Gets Hot

hello my fiancé is having the following symptoms...he gets hot all of a sudden causing sweating mostly in the forehead area even when he's sitting and not doing anything to become hot, his muscle aches, he said one side of his nose burns when he breathes, he has a reduced appetite and an overall feeling of discomfort. He says it feels like you do when you get off a roller coaster. we have been to the dr and saw the nurse practitioner and she thought it was prostatitis however a couple days later the test came back negative. We have a follow up with his dr in another week.
