Hello My Friend Just Shot Up 20 Units Of Meth,

hello my friend just shot up 20 units of meth, she said there wasnt much in the bag to shoot so it was less than her normal amount. ofc she missed the vein on the right side of her left arm , kinda close to elbow, and now is complaining that her arm is numb.she can still feel everything and use it normal but it is just cold and numb. any help?
