my husband and I are trying to conceive here in the next few months. I was looking up that it is good to take folic acid a month or so before trying to conceive. I bout 400 mcg of it and took one this am. I also read that it is good for men to take it as it increases sperm count. it said folic acid helps reduce birth defects. is this ok to take for both my husband and I
