Hello ..my Leg Has Been Aching For A Few Days

hello ..my leg has been aching for a few days and when i am sitting on the sofa and go to move it hurts ... also if i lay on the floor or a straight surface i can raise my left leg off the ground but as hard as i try i cannot lift my right leg even a tiny bit ..and my back really hurts alot too
