Hello, My Mother Aged 50, Having Continues Pain In Nail

hello, my mother aged 50, having continues pain in nail side hand, wrist and it going further on arm but below elbow and it also started on the palm now. She said with gaps it starts to pain and gripping something and pressure causes pain too. it seems like vain thing.
we have been massaging it with painkiller tubes and stretching the arm.
please recommend some advice
