Hello My Mri Says: L4-5 Minimal Disk Narrowing. Disk Desiccation

hello my mri says: L4-5 Minimal disk narrowing. Disk desiccation is present. There is dorsal annular tear associated with a 4 mm broad - based dick protrusion with thecal sac impingement. There is also note of minimal facet tropism. Fluid is noted within the interspinous soft tissues. L5-S1 Minimal degenerative facet anthropathy is noted.
