Hello My Mum Had An Aneorism And Had A Surgery

hello my mum had an aneorism and had a surgery to the head where part the skull was removed its now 9 months but there are bunps on the forehead not visible but can be felt is this normal and would it heal as they were not there soon after the surgery that have occured the past few months?
