Hello My Name Is Humberto, Im Currently On Alprazam 2mg

hello my name is Humberto, im currently on alprazam 2mg 2 to3 times as needed. ive been having sever panic attacts i cant see my primary Dr until the 24th. ive been out of medicine for a little longer than a week. ive been to the er three times. first two tmes i got a five day supply seccond tme i recieved a five day suppy too. Third time they gave me a shog of ativan which helped for the day., i still have quite some time till i can see my DR. my panic attacts seem to be happening more offten now. ive been trying meditation breathing into a bag. prior to all of this i was seeing another dr in mexico, i would go every month and i would get a months supply. i now dont have the funds to do that anymore, starting in late jan is when i first visited the er. im out of medicine, i lost my job due to me having panic atttacts, i was simply laid off. im at the point where i dont know what to do
