Hello My Name Is Keri, I Am 19 Years Old

hello my name is Keri, I am 19 years old and I am on suboxone. I get constipated but that is normal for the medication I am on anyway but there is white milky substance coming out my anus when I am on the toilet I would feel like I need to poop but nothing comes out but that icky stuff. I am still young so it's kind of worrying meI do not have a gynecologist at all that's why I'm scared. Any help would be appreciated .
