Hello My Name Is Michael I Am Male 20 Years

hello my name is michael i am male 20 years old, i don't have a chest wall on my right side from 11 ravitch pursegers over the past 5 years trying to fix my pectus carinatum and now i no longer have insurance to see a specialist i was seeing in salt lake city Utah so i sew i local doc with what money i could come up with and he told me i only have 3/6 months before my unattached ribs grow into my heart and i die without another surgery that was a month ago... i don't know what to do or where to go for help can you give any medical advice? any help or advice you can give is vary much appreciated
