Hello, My Right Eye (upper Closer To The Nose Neck)

hello, my right eye (upper closer to the nose neck) have been badminton smashed by a friend 2 days ago. my eyes now have been having throbbing whenever lighting in an environment changes and it has a red tinge on the end of the eye (where the eyelid closes). my question, is it permanent or could there be an infection causing the throbbing?
