Hello. My Sister 64 Yrs Old Went Into Ucsf With

hello. my sister 64 yrs old went into ucsf with 2 blood clots, one in each leg. she had an epidermal, they transferred arteries around and the surgery was a success, 5 hrs. from there she went to icu with a ventilator and then developed pneumonia which she is now being treated for. Question: what are the chances (for lack of a better word) of her healing and coming home or is this an automatic death sentence ?
