hello, my son is 3 years and 5months old. His sleep last night was not continuous, as if something is hurting; this morning, he pooped 5x; every time he poops, he complains of stomachache. He had stool test and it manifest: pus cell 1-2/hpf no bacteria nor ova seen, color brown, watery in consistency. What does this mean?
