Hello My Wife Has Some Irregular Periods Problem. She Went

hello my wife has some irregular periods problem. she went through ultrasound test. In the report it is observed that left ovary is enlarged in size, shows multiple small peripheral follicles.size 44 x 24 x 26 mm and volume is about 15 cc. conclusion is polysteric left overy.

Can you please let me know if it is major problem in getting conceiving and also interms of her health.
