Hello, My Wife Have A Liver Cancer The Cancer Is

my wife have a liver cancer the cancer is on whole liver multiple tumors, she is still in hospital we do not know yet is it a primary cancer or secondary. my wife have a twin brother who wants to be a liver donor but i saw on internet that transplantation is not posibble if whole liver is in cancer. I dont understand why its impossible to transplate liver in thath case?
