Hello!! Okay So On The Back Of My Earlobe, It

hello!! okay so on the back of my earlobe, it used to be kind of oily and brown puss would come out of my earlobe so I would help the cleanup/process by picking it. Anyway, for a while i had been picking all of this flaky brown puss off the back of my earlobe but just today, I noticed that I had actually been picking off my skin! I barely felt it though, it only hurts a little when i touch it, otherwise there is no pain at all. Now my skin looks like zombie skin like you can see pinks and purples like flesh and I dont know what to do.
