Hello On Thursday An Insulation Co Blew In Chopped Fiberglass

hello on thursday an insulation co blew in chopped fiberglass into exterior walls But they got it into cold-air returns in hvac system. they vacuumed the returns out and i vacuumed everywhere twice and changed the filter in hvac system should i be concerned ?
