Hello Over Labor Day Weekend This Year I Slipped On

hello over labor day weekend this year i slipped on while going down a few steps. My right forearm hit the metal railing while I was trying to catch myself. It swelled up a day later and I iced it and a tried not to use it. It still hurts and now I get a tingling feeling down my forearm and some numbness.
