Hello, Previously I Had Two Kidney Stones, Which Subsequently Resolved.

previously i had two kidney stones, which subsequently resolved. but now i have pain in my penis and Frequent urination, an intense urge to urinate, loss of bladder control, pain in the lower front portion of the abdomen (near the bladder). there is no pain in normal days but when i manual discharge (masturbation) then pain starts in my penis and remains three / four days. i used medicine "Rotac" & Maxflow". please advise what should i do ?
