Hello, Recently I Have Been Having A Constant Back Pain,

hello, recently i have been having a constant back pain, at the top of my back bottom of neck, it makes me dizzy at random points and i feel like ive lost all my energy, as the feeling of being hungover all the time. i do drink but not to a point to have a hangover every morning. any suggestions?
