Hello Sir I Had A Trauma In My Left Knee

hello sir I had a trauma in my left knee last week which results in effusion and stiffness and head of the department suggested me adviced me some anti inflammatory drugs ZYMOFLAM tab and to take rest for 7 days but effusion and somewhat stiffness is still present and now when I visited another orthopedician he suggested me to have complete knee rest for another 3 weeks
Also I m a congenital talipes eqinus varus left knee

and now I am very panic about what to do since I am medico I am missing out my classes so please sir suggest me something
