hello sir, I recently get married. but from last two month i felt that my hungriness is finished for food and in last 15 day i felt very bed i was not be able to chew a roti. after marriage on 13 feb i felt that I have lots of tiredness. i am feeling fever and shivering. i have lots of headache in a day. i feel that my mouth was so dry. i faced the problem of loose motion so many time so suggest me
