I'm 30 yr old man. I'm suffering from mucus in stool from last one month, and stool are of semi solid state with foul smell. i Have noticed tiny black balls in my stool also experiencing abdomen pain. I have lost 2.5 kg of my wight in 1 month. i have consulted gastroenterologist he suggested me to go for "faecal calprotectin" examination for which result is awaited. currently he prescribed me normaxcin(twice daily),providac(one capsule a day). my reason to worry is why i'm loosing my weight .and what kind of disease i'm suffering from
