Hello Sir Actually I Have Been Suffering From Polycystic Ovarian

hello sir actually i have been suffering from polycystic ovarian syndrome since i was 14,now i am 24. i have been in medication from the very first time. but still i have too many problems ,my periods are not regular, i have mood swings and still suffering from obesity. what should i do doctor? is polycystic ovarian syndrome curable or not? please help me...
