Hello Sir ..before 10 Days Due To One Or Two

hello sir ..before 10 days due to one or two vomiting doctors had given me some antibiotics nd i taken it ..then after 2or 3 days i gone for blood test in which i got eosinophilis amounting to 12% nd my haemoglobin is 9 ..but i hv no symptoms as u discussed as signs of eosinophilia ...so please suggest me what should i do to decrease its level
