Hello Sir.. From Last Few Days I M Having An

hello sir.. from last few days i m having an unusal pain in area around my right ear especially in right temporal( Kanpati) and it fells like its paining deep inside my ear ...the situation aggravates when i listen to loud music or even mild sound through earphone.please help me
