Hello Sir. Good Morning. My Husband He Was Telling That

hello sir. good morning. my husband he was telling that he has pain in his right ball from past 15 days. One day while he was walking fastly he slipped one leg was on the footpath and the other was on the road as if his one leg felt into a small ditch. From that day his pain started. he was telling that he cant bear that pain as the pain passing through the muscle into abdomen and from yesterday his pain enlarged to back side also he was saying. we are not in our home country. we are staying abroad and the medical treat here for expartiate will not be given. we are newly married. we are having sex daily once. Is this pain due to Sex? or growth in Testicles? or any other reason?
Are there any home remedies to cure this? Any diet to be maintained? He will eat mostly non-veg and spices. any foods recommended for his condition? please suggest
