i am working in a lab handling BALB/c mice as a part of my research. I injected mice with anti-hypertensive agent with insulin syringe. accidentally the syringe tip got pricked into top right corner of the palm. now the entire little finger is paining? what measures should i take and is tetanus injection necessary in my case?
