Hello Sir , I Have Problem Of Anxiety, Tension And

hello sir ,
i have problem of anxiety, tension and fear from last 2 years. i stop the medicines some time and not taking madicine regularly ... now i am again suffring with same problem .. also dr. says i have ocd ..
i don't know... i m not intersted in doing any work or not happy .. feeling sad... some time i have a featr l that if i have a good thing in my life .. i will loose .. .. i m not trust very easliy ..asking one thing 2 or 3 times .. some time people around me upset with this. dr. gave me .stmesta 10 , venizep 50 rabicia lsr deopam plus .. .. is this ok? or many side effects of these madicine .. i have hyperactive feeling with medicine but my sadness is not going and my joy of life is not coming ? what to do? please suggest.. thanks
