i m diabetic type 2 since 3 yrs. At the staring point my fasting was154mg/dl & Post Parandial was 254mg/dl. After that i chaged my routine , since two & half it was 110 mg/dl & 165 mg/dl . But now it has increased and come back to same level. My last Hb1ac was 6.7 [before one onth] Should i start medicines or not ?
