Hello Sir/ Madam I Have Irregular Periods For 4 Yrs.

i have irregular periods for 4 yrs. recently i got married just completed 1year. after my marrige also i have irregular periods it delayed 15 to 20 days sometimes 2 mnths.. recently it delayd 4months. then i consult a doctor. i get all the examinations and everything is normal and having a multiple small cysts (PCOS) arranged peripherally measuring 5 to 6 mm. and egg growth is less. they gave me a 5 tablets to get a period.. after that i get a period and 2nd day they gave me siphene 50 mg. for 5 days. at my 16th day may egg growth is 19.5. they gave me one injuction and also gave me gestofit 200 for 14 days. after taking medicins that month i get a period but we r trying for baby. this time thay gave me siphene 100 mg i started these tablets from yesterday.
my question is i am taking a injuction and gestrofit 200 medicins also. but why iam nt getting pregnant what is the problem.? and how to increase my egg growth? can you please give me suggestions?
