Hello Sir My Father Has Undergone Angioplast For 3 Block

hello sir
my father has undergone angioplast for 3 block and contrast reacted and effected his kidney. his creatinine levels are fluctuating. immediately after the plast rised and later on under control but again we are observing fluctuations. he is prescribed dytor 20 twice and dytor 10 at nite. Please suggest me and guide me. thanks
