Hello Sir, My Left Ear Is Not Functioning Properly. I

hello sir,
my left ear is not functioning properly. i think something has blocked my ear canal or my eustatian tube is blocked. i feel very uncomfortable when i get loud sound exposure of vehicle horn, fall of kitchen steel wares or ringing of bell in temples. when i got these sound exposure, i have to close my ear with my hand. I think the extra sound is not able to cross outwardly through eustation tube. Also, i have some hearing loss. Having this problem, i went to a doctor, he told me your ear is in good condition. i had an audiometry, in which conductive hearing loss is mentioned. what should i do?
