Hello Sir My Mother Was Diagnosed With Distal Common Bile

hello sir
my mother was diagnosed with distal common bile duct cholangiocarcinoma in december last year..she underwent whipple's procedure for the same on 29th december 2015.
her surgical pathology report showed that she was having T4 N1 disease with 5 lymph nodes positive.
the margins were negative. she underwent 6 cycles of gemcitabine and cisplatin which got over last month. after the chemotherapy got over, her PET CECT was normal but her ca 19.9 was highly elevated. it was 300. what inference can be drawn from it?
