Hello Sir My Son Is 4 Years Old .now He

hello sir my son is 4 years old .now he wears spectacles due to cylindrical number right eye -2.50*180->6/12 and for the left eye -1.0/-2.50*165->6/12.i want know above nos. mean .is that corrected .my son wear glasses all time or doing study or watching t.v. please answer my above quaries.
