yesterday i noticed a small round painless nodule which is firm and smaller than a pea, over my left edge of labia minor. it is sometimes itchy and gives slight pain on palpation. the near by region (itself on the edge) has turned purple and is swollen. I am worried whether it is related to some serious problems ?
